Terms of Service
Effective August 3, 2026
1. The service
Kickback Rewards ("Kickback," "we," "us") provides affiliate and referral tracking for businesses ("you") that process payments with Stripe. These terms govern your use of Kickback, and by creating an account you accept them.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. When you sign up, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Billing
Kickback costs $15 per campaign per month, billed through Stripe.
Refunds & cancellation. Every campaign's first subscription payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel a campaign at any time; it will keep running through the end of the period you've already paid for, and beyond the initial 14 days we don't offer partial-month refunds.
4. Your data and your customers
You own your campaign data. In running your affiliate program, Kickback processes your customers' referral data — clicks, signups, and purchases — on your behalf, solely to compute commissions. We don't sell this data, and we don't use it for anything beyond providing the service to you.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Kickback for anything unlawful, run deceptive or self-dealing referral schemes, or abuse the tracking endpoints. We may suspend accounts that do this.
6. Affiliates
You're responsible for your relationship with your affiliates, including any payments you owe them. Kickback computes the commissions your affiliates earn, but we don't move money between you and them — that stays between you and your affiliates.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate your account for breach of these terms, and where practicable, we'll give you notice before we do.
8. Disclaimers & liability
Kickback is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time, and we'll give you notice when we do. Questions about these terms? Email chris@kickback.so.
